Purchase via the Respective App Store

The Premium purchase is not completed directly through this website, but via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment processing, receipts, and refund processes are provided by the respective store.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, use the self-service options of the store through which the purchase was made: for Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, for Google Play via the purchase history in the Play Store app.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Special legal rules apply to digital content. During the purchase process, Apple and Google typically obtain your explicit consent to immediate performance, which causes the right of withdrawal to expire prematurely (§ 356 (5) BGB). The exact procedure depends on the respective store’s purchase process.

Restoring Purchases

If Premium is not recognized after switching devices, open the Premium view and select “Restore Purchases.” Use the same store account as at the time of purchase.
