Deleting Data in the App

You can remove a single child’s account, along with its bookings and savings goals, in the parent area via account management. You can delete all app data at once via Settings → "Delete All Data".

Uninstalling the App

Since all data resides exclusively on the device, uninstalling the app automatically removes all stored data as well -- there is no server-side copy that would additionally need to be deleted.

Backup and Export

A full backup can be exported at any time via the settings and, if needed, imported again on a new device. Users themselves are responsible for securing and storing the exported file.

For access, rectification, or deletion requests, please contact hallo@pockeeper.app. Please do not send sensitive family data unencrypted by email.

Processing Time

Privacy requests are processed within the statutory deadlines. To prevent unauthorized deletions, a reasonable identity verification may be required.
