1. Provider and Scope
These terms apply to the use of the Pockeeper app, provided by Ralf Freit, Tannenstr. 25, 26844 Jemgum, Germany. Deviating terms apply only if expressly agreed.
2. Subject of Service
Pockeeper helps families digitally organize allowance, bookings, and savings goals. The app is not a credit institution, does not maintain payment accounts, and does not transfer or hold real money.
3. Requirements and Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their entries, for securing their means of access, and for age-appropriate use within the family. The app may not be used in an abusive or unlawful manner.
4. Free and Premium Features
The free feature set covers up to two children’s accounts and occasionally shows ads. Premium is offered as a one-time in-app purchase (no subscription) and unlocks an unlimited number of accounts, automatic savings-goal allocation, and an ad-free experience.
5. Purchase Processing
Contract formation, payment, invoicing, restoration, and any refund of the in-app purchase are handled via the Apple App Store or Google Play. The terms of the store used also apply.
6. Right of Use
With a lawful download, you receive a simple, non-transferable right to use Pockeeper privately within the scope of the store terms. Rights to the software, design, trademarks, and content remain with the provider.
7. Availability and Changes
Uninterrupted availability at all times cannot be guaranteed. Features may be further developed or changed for legitimate reasons, provided that the legitimate interests of users are appropriately taken into account.
8. Liability
Statutory liability applies for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In the case of slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to typically foreseeable damage. Pockeeper is not a substitute for financial, legal, or educational advice.
9. Termination
The app can be uninstalled at any time. Which data is deleted in the process and how an export can be made beforehand is described in the privacy policy and under Data & Deletion.
10. Final Provisions
German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
